Tradies and Apprentices. Supervisors, Sole Traders, and Business Owners can also use this when they are working a shift.
Overview
Find the shifts assigned to you today, this week, or this month, and open a shift to review the job details, location, and any instructions before heading on site.
Before you start
You need to be signed in. A shift must have been assigned to you.
Steps
From the dashboard
- Sign in and land on the Dashboard.
- Review the Operations Schedule or schedule stream for today’s and upcoming shifts. Filter by Day, Week, or Month.
- Tap or click a shift card to open the full shift detail.
From the Schedule page
- Select Schedule in the sidebar.
- Use the Day or Week view.
- Click a shift to open the full shift detail — job context, client address, and any Shift To-Do’s or internal notes from your Business Owner or Supervisor.
What happens next
Each shift card shows the site address, start and end time, any Shift To-Do’s, and any internal notes. When you are on site and ready to start, clock in to the shift — see Clock In and Out of a Shift.
